Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from us. If you're not, you may return eligible items for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please read the terms below before initiating a return.

Return Window

All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of delivery (for shipped orders) or fourteen (14) days of purchase (for in-store purchases). Items received outside this window are not eligible for return.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased in-store may be returned in-store with your original receipt during regular business hours. Bring the item in its original packaging.

Mail-In Returns

For items purchased online or shipped to you, email customer service at nick@fitness-etc.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

Supplements

Unopened supplements in original sealed packaging may be returned within the return window above. Opened supplements cannot be returned under any circumstance, including partial use. This is for health and safety reasons and is not negotiable.

If a sealed supplement is defective, see the Defective or Damaged Items section below.

Equipment

Equipment returns are subject to the following:

Boxed equipment (treadmills, racks, benches, machines, and similar): Must be returned unassembled, in original packaging, with all included parts, manuals, and accessories. Once equipment has been assembled or removed from its original packaging, it is no longer eligible for return. We are not able to accept assembled equipment under any circumstances.

Loose equipment (dumbbells, plates, kettlebells, bars, and similar items without meaningful packaging): May be returned if they show zero signs of use, wear, or damage. These returns are assessed case-by-case at our discretion.

Equipment returns valued over $100 are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and return to sellable condition.

Sale and Clearance Items

Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at nick@fitness-etc.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage.

For verified defects or damage in transit, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within seven (7) days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will email you when your return has been processed.
